Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use will need further discussion.
I reserve the right to refuse commission requests.
I reserve the right to include your commission in my portfolio.
I reserve the right to post/promote personal commissions on my social media unless requested otherwise.
I reserve the right to reuse fanart commissions involving existing characters from games/series/etc. to produce physical goods, including prints and merchandise, for commercial purposes.
Custom poses requested for YCH emotes may be included in the templates for other clients to use.
Your name + commission type will be listed in my public commissions queue trello.
Payments accepted in USD through PayPal invoicing only.
I will not take extra payments for rush orders.
In the case I am unable to fulfill the commission (e.g. life emergencies, mismatch in files or software), I will issue a full refund. Otherwise, strictly NO REFUNDS.
PSD file or raw files used for the commission are not provided.
Do NOT use any of my work for AI training.
Do NOT edit my work in any form and claim as yours.
Do NOT remove, crop, alter, or edit my watermark.
